Playroom Sweet Playroom (Goal Completed)

This is the cool light that we got at IKEA (my fave place!) for about $8! You can choose from three different sizes of "rice paper balls" and then get a light cord. I'd really like to do something with that ball to make it more exciting. ANY IDEAS?
Ah, the closet... We've had this toybox for a while and I really like it. It holds just enough toys for my boys to be entertained and has the organizer boxes on top to separate cars and trains and books.
My husband got this cute table at Bed, Bath and Beyond right after we moved in before our belongings arrived. The kids really had a hard time sitting on the floor eating. The top has letters and numbers and is also a dry erase board.
We thought it would be better to mount the tv stuff so the button pushers couldn't get to it. Shelf and mount are from IKEA.
Plenty of room to entertain. I really want a small bookshelf, possibly some rain gutter shelves here.
WOO! The donation box! It feels so good to get rid of things, doesn't it?

It took me a few hours to go through the toys and clean up the playroom but it was worth every minute! We have a toy hammock to hang in the corner for the stuffed animals and wire cover for the tv/cable cords (more honey-do's). I'd also like some decor or wall stickers. Then it'll be done! {big sigh} Ahhh, the joy of completing a project...

i LOVE the way this room turned out!!! great job sista :)... as far as the paper lantern... for Ella's bday i am using some of those as decorations and her theme is birds so i cute birds out of contact paper and attached them to the ball :) so maybe you could make cut outs of something you like and put them on there (only concern would be whether or not the heat from the lightbulb would make it hard to keep the cut outs attached) hope that helped a lil... again you did a fantabulous job on this room... i love the color!
