Another Giveaway!! That is right!

Sarah Mae wrote a wonderful e-book entitled 31 Days To Clean~Having A Martha House The Mary Way. I purchased a copy for myself and now I want to share one with you!

About the book:

“Life-giving is about receiving from God in order to give to others.” Barbara Mouser, Five Aspects of Woman
31 Days to Clean is about loving others well.
It’s about the “why” and the vision and the heart for taking care of our domains (Mary) with some spring cleaning thrown in (Martha).
The heart of our homes is not in the ability to keep it perfect at all costs; the heart of a home is love. We live in a thing, a non-eternal structure that needs to be maintained. The thing is worthless without the life we bring to it and through it. This book is about bringing life to the mundane in order to love well.

Giveaway! So excited!

I am super excited about this giveaway! We recently purchased Peanut Butter Software for our boys. They use our old computer and seem to always change settings or languages and we can never get them back to the way we had them! I wanted to share this product with everyone, so I emailed the company and they were gracious enough to share a copy with my readers!

About Peanut Butter PC (from the manufacturer)
Today's children have access to the center of your digital life. Just think of all the work and memories you have socked away on your computer‟s hard drive. Now picture your kids (and their friends) playing bongo on the keyboard, or summarily executing your Word files with the swoop of a mouse. It‟s not just possible… it‟s probable.
Peanut Butter PC works to protect your electronic valuables by creating a fun and friendly desktop environment. One which provides access to only the programs and websites you choose. Best of all, your kids can‟t break out of their desktop.
Peanut Butter PC works from Startup to Shutdown providing the perfect learning environment while giving you peace of mind. And when you need to take control back, just enter a special key combination, and your back in Windows (with your files just as you left them).
One of the great features of Peanut Butter PC is its built-in browser. The minimalist browser can keep your child from seeing pop-up windows, following links to other sites or just emptying the ink from your color printer.
Best of all, it blocks the right-mouse click which can cause havoc on a FLASH-based website (which make up the greatest portion of children‟s web sites).

My husband set up a profile for each of the boys. They have their own avatar guy with their name on it. Below are a couple of screenshots.

This is the home screen, each boy also has their own with their name on it.
How does PBPC Child-Proof a PC?

A little about Chrystal:
When I’m not at work or busy being a wife and mom, you can normally find me hiding in my office sewing something for my shop www.ZiggyStitch.com.  I draw most of my inspiration from my family. So a lot of what you will find in my shop came from something that was originally designed for them.  I enjoy making things that are functional with a little personalized flair. Who doesn’t love getting something with their name on it, or something that was made just for them!?  My least favorite thing about having a shop is taking pictures and listing items. One of the most exciting things that have come about from my craftiness was being asked to have one of my patterns featured in a book.

There are five ways to win! Make sure you leave a comment for each entry!

  1. Leave a comment and tell us what your favorite phone app is.
  2. Follow the Ziggy Stitch blog http://ziggystitch.com/News/

Giveaway DAY 1

Jennifer at Scraps of Life is going to share a really fun, personalized Character Cocktail! She creates them with a picture and a little information
especially for you!
You might be asking what the hay is a character cocktail??
Read on, my friend!
A Character Cocktail is an illustrated custom cocktail recipe, 8x10 and suitable for framing, based 100% on the recipient's personality. There's a brief questionnaire that the recipient fills out, Jennifer will then design a cocktail and (with the help of a supplied photograph) illustrate the recipe with a little cartoon of the person as well.

You can find out more about ordering here. What a great gift idea!
Here are a few samples for you...

Aren't those super fun? I love that they are personalized so much, not just a name or a photo.

This winner of this giveaway will receive their very own Character Cocktail!
(note: Jennifer can do non-alcoholic cocktails, for those who are underage or who choose not to drink alcohol)
