Easy Dessert
This was so easy and yummy!
4/5 pears (about a pear per person)
1 tbsp of real butter
1-2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Slice pears into even sized pieces. I used an apple corer/slicer. Metl butter in a large skillet. Lay pears in a single layer in the skillet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Cook on low to medium heat, turning occasionally, until they start to get soft. Serve warm.
These would be great with ice cream. I also thought added cranberries would be good, too.
