Goal for Week of 3/22
My goal this week is to go to the gym for at least 60 minutes FOUR times this week. I'm done feeling tired all the time.
I'm done feeling frumpy.
I'm done with high blood pressure pills.
I'm done with tight fat girl clothes.
I'm done ignoring the issue at hand.
I'm done wasting money on the gym every month.
