yoga helps me... also coffee & wine (at their appropriate times of day). If none of that helps its time to get out! Travel, out to shoot pictures, whatever, just out of the house :)I hope you de-funk soon!
Yes. Me too...I'm in a funk. I don't know if it is because Jeff is gone or because I am tired of unpacking and organizing. Maybe it's all the above! I'll say a prayer for you!
Activities that lift my spirits: singing, reading my Bible, spending time with women whose company I enjoy, walking and biking outdoors, and tickling my kids (who laugh infectiously).
